I've seen a few new and old users that are not aware that the kemper pdf user manual should be downloaded from the kemper homepage. Including a full manual in the box would not be smart since it can't be updated with new added feature info every firmware update like a pdf manual. A big paper manual would be outdated quick and is also not very good for the environment.
